What To Do For Disturbed Sleep And Tiredness?

always tired, no energy, naseous, dizzyhi, any suggestions appreciated! over the last year or two I have felt constantly tired, no amount of sleep affects this. my sleep is also disturbed, often i wake up in the middle of the night and cant get back to sleep.I seriously lack energy, sometimes all i can do is lie on the sofa. I can get dizzy spells where i feel naseous and everything appears fuzzy and in slow motion, sometimes i feel like a have a black out for a nano second and i completely lose my balance... these are just a few symtoms i can think of off the top of my head. I've read alot about CFS and ME but i'm scared my doctor will dismiss the way i feel.
thank you
ps forgot to mention tearfulness, irritability, sore muscles, headaches... the list goes on

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome here.
I think your symptoms are suggestive of depressive disorder.
You must visit a psychiatrist.
Drugs like escitalopram help in lifting your mood and improve other symptoms as well.
Zolpidem can help in sleep.
You can take tablet pantop-D for relief of gastric symptoms.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
