What Should I Do As Eyebrows Are Split Open?

Leaned over and hit my head between my eye brows on monday on the foot post of my bed... hard enoght to split open and need to be clued back together... now both eyes a blackening and yellow... but I am feeling light headed and a bit nautiated .... should I go back to the doctor..

blackening of eye is due to sub conjunctival bleeding. it is selflimitig will go by itself. you can have a mri brain since you are having nausea.If it is normal can takefew days rest and take analgesic tablet like hifenac.
