What Should Be The Gap Between Doses Of Pantoprazole For Heart Burn?

I HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED PANTOPRAZOLE FOR MY HEART BURN AND WAS TOLD ORIGINALLY TO TAKE 1 PILL 30 MIN BEFORE MEAL ...THIS WAS NOT WORKING THEREFORE THE DR SAID TO TAKE 2 PILLS......WHAT IS THE TIME LAPSE BETWEEN DOSAGE? INSTRUCTIONS SAID DO NOT TAKE 2 PILLS AT ONE TIME

Thanks for your question,

Heart burn which is nothing but acid peptic disorder. Pantoprazole which are proton pump inhibitors are the 1st line drugs. doctor has prescribed and advised to take 30 minutes before breakfast once a day enough. if heart burn is not relieved with pantoprazole no need to go for tablets again, i advise you to go for antacids - GELUSIL LIQUID 5ml three times a day
