What Prognosis Is Recommended For This Urinalysis Test Result?

My niece urine bacteria is 9/hpf, nitrite is negative, WBC normal, RBC normal, epitheila cells normal. She testep positive for ESBL in a urine culture. After this urinalysis result, she still had to undergo 5 more days of antibiotic treatment for co-amoxicla. Should this case by a cause of deep worry?
