What More Operations Are Required Post An Eye Injury?

hi this is sapna, my nephew had an severe injury in his right eye due to keys before 5 days, he had already undergone a surgery before 4 days and doctor is now telling for one more operation of motibindu, we are worried about the vision as he could not see till now

Hello
It seems from the history that your nephew had injury to the eye and probably he was operated for corneal tear initially. The injury might have caused cataract thus requiring second surgery.
The visual prognosis following cataract is guarded but if it had not caused any injury yo the retina and structures behind the lens vision may remain good.
Hence the vision outcome depends on the severity of injury.
