I'm shijilal.ss from jaipur now working in a retail company. i'm 23yrs of age my height is 179cm and my weight is 53kg. that's why i need to increase my weight please preffer me any tablets or proteins that i could gain my weight. i'm phically fit because i was an sports person too.

As you describe you are low weight, according to the age, and height.
The reasons may be the genetic, or some chronic disease, or intolerance to certain foods like milk, wheat,barley etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you injections of anabolic steroids, protein supplements, enzymes,and multivitamins.
