What Medical Tests Should Be Done To Diagnose An Endocrine Disorder?

I want to know if I have an endocrine disorder, the endocrinologist won't see me without a reason from my pcp so what tests can I have my pcp order to see if any of my hormone levels are off? Is there a blood test that can check all hormone levels? Thanks
