What Makes A Person To Wake Up Scared And Shocked?
I m normally a light sleeper and I sleep nearly 12 hours or more. But when someone wakes me up I get scared or go into shock for about a few seconds until I m aware. This never happened before and it feels like my heart is about to beat out of my chest every time someone wakes me up.
