General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the issue is of critical importance to the viability of the baby as the amniotic fluid is almost absent.
* The best judge would be the treating gynec on hand to assist you regarding the prognosis of the mother as well as the child in this instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
