What Is The Treatment For Ureteronephrosi?

Sir,
I have right ureteronephrosi due to vuj calcules of 4mm. I took urimax 25 mg for 15 days as per doctors advice. Now what wold be the further treatment. As doctor told , if it does not pass throgh urine within 15 days of medication or else it should be removed through surgery. Help me.

I really appreciate your concern the size of calculus is such that it wont come out on its on, more over you are male then this would be more difficult to pass the ureter, the surgical removal is the only option you have, bur no need to worry the surgeon will get it out very easily without any trouble, it just matter few minuets hope this information helps have nice day.
