What Is The Treatment For Thunderclap Headache?

I have had 3 thunderclap headache. I passed out from 1. I has to go to e r for one I was sure I would die. I have had 3 MRI The dr first said an acoustic neuroma then venous sinus Then said everything is ok and to take Amitriptyline 50 mg at night. And topomax 50 mg. I have taken these for a month. I get headache every day nausea. Not thunderclap , but I am frightened it will happen again. The dr said there is a slight shadow on the lower right side

It is bothering but not risky
