Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

When pain during urination present along with blood in urine it should be evaluated further in form of urine routine microscopic examination and culture. It can be acute urinary tract infection. If urine report shows infection than antibiotic course prescribed. Drink more water. Rule out family history of blood coagulation disorder if present. Consult urologist for examination for blood in urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
