Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having neck stiffness with headache associated with flashes of light. The eye symptoms of flashes of light are not related to neck stiffness. These symptoms require evaluation by a ophthalmologist by indirect ophthalmoscopy to look for retinal problems like retinal tears or vitreous degenerations.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
