Con concussion does not give rise to dry eye or sore eye. feeling of dis orientation and other feeling like sweeming can occur for dry eye 8u7use artificial tear drop sensitivity to light takes place due to corneal erosion. dry eye might have resulted in that. with this treatment both problems should be alright. indue course of time you should be alright.
