Get your stool examined.Mostly you have acute gastroenteritis.If stool show pus cell then antibiotic needed.It is better to start oflixacin plus ornidazole combination drug. Stool might show parasitic egg or trophozoites.If present treated accordingly.ex.like giardiasis or amebiasis with metronidazole ... Maintain hydration with drinking more water. Fruit juices are good... Take soft and bland diet. Spicy and fatty food avoided for few days. For urinary tract infection detection get your urine examined for pus cells. ORS can be taken to maintain electrolyte balance... If still condition not improving stool culture done for further work up... Take car.... Dr.Parth Goswami
