What Is The Solution For Red Blood Spot On White Of Eye In One Year Old?
My 1 year old boy yesterday in the white of his eye appeared like a red blood spot - but it has increased in size from yesterday when noticed to this morning it is bigger.
Incidentially he has had a watery eye (which turns gooey in this same eye since birth)

It seems from the history that your son is having a red spot in the white part of the eye.
This is probably subconjunctival hemorrhage seen following minor injury or eye rubbing. No treatment is required and it will resolve over 3-4 weeks.
Watering in thecete in children is because of congenital naso lacrimal duct obstruction and this requires evaluation and treatment by a ophthalmologist.
