What Is The Sharp Shooting Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I just got sharp shooting pains in my lower right abdomin, they lasted for only a few minutes, but i almost fell to the ground the pain was so bad, I've had this happen before a few years ago, but I figured it was cramps from my period and didnt go to a doctor to get it looked at, and now I'm worried about what it could possibly be. . .

1.The symptoms suspect more towards renal calculus ( stones) - when there is calculus obstruct the way and pass through ureter such pains are experienced and gets relief after some time.
2.The second possible causes could be pelvic pathology (uterine / ovarian).
3.Mean wile you can take some pain killer and take an appointment with your doctor and get an ultrasound abdomen pelvis get done to find out the cause.
4.Possibilities are ( renal calculus / appendicitis / intestinal obstruction / ovarian pathologies)
