What Is The Prognosis Of Coronary Artery Disease Along With Diabetes?

My father had triple bypass surgery in 2002, now he has three arteries100 percent blocked/calcified 4th artery 1/2 blocked/calcified
He is now 82, 186 lbs, type 2 diabetes, no excersize. Cannot unblock with surgery. Just had a mild stroke. Doctor said surprised he is still with us. What would you say your prognosis is?
