What Is The Milky White Discharge At The End Of Urination?

When I urinate, at the end a small amount of milky white substance comes out. Not thick and does not have any foul oder. I get itching and burning sensation right at the vaginal opening. Was tested for std's. everything came back negative. I am 56 and not sexually active.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the discharge at the end of urination can be urinary infection or non STD vaginal infection.

My recommendations at present
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Consume cranberry tablets.
- Maintain vaginal hygiene.
- Get urine culture and ultrasound pelvis, if not done.

Wish you fine recovery.

Take care.
