What Is The Lump In Genitals That Causes Bleeding In Stools?
"Hi, I am 30 years single lady. I feel there is small skin lump as small pea size near the genital and that made me bleed a bit during bowel . Its been three months I still have this problem and see blood in tissue. I feel more pain these day in the area between genital and vagina.

From history it seems that you might be having Fistula in ano giving this problem.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If fistula is there he will advice for Fistulectomy surgery.
