What Is The Difference Between Growth Hormone Treatment And IGF1?
Hello, can you tell me what the difference is between growth hormone treatment and IGF-1 for short stature please? Can you just use the IGF-1 if the condition is due to low IGF-1 or would you use the IGF-1 in conduction with the GH? Thank you Rose G

If the cause of short stature is Growth Hormone Deficiency,IGF-1 levels can be used to monitor the response to treatment.But for diagnosis you need GH levels.
