What Is The Diagnosis If Having Pain In The Top Of Head, Pounding Temples, Nausea, Chest Heaviness?

I have been getting dull pushing pain on top of my head and a cold wet feeling on top with temples pounding nausia and muscle spasm in hands and neck and sensitive to light slight heaviness in chest and feel nausia afer i eat. slight dizziness and off balance feeling I'm 48 years old .

Sinusitis
Tension headache
