What Is The Cause Of Tightness Across The Upper Abdomen?
Hi, yes I would like to know what could be causing a tightness across the upper abdoman. It is present all the time and I have been having this for the last 4 years. Sometimes I have to stand up if I am sitting or have to go lay down because it is so uncomfortable. Also I don t know if this is associated with it but every morning I wake up or even just wake up from a nap I have a really bad headache across the back of my head with pain in my neck that runs down into my upper back. Thank you

Go for MRI of the spine you will get the problem responsible for both the problems you have.
