What Is The Cause Of Headaches And Dizziness With A Lump On My Head?

Ive had a huge lump on my head since i was born. It sunk into my skull and head since i was 6 i believe. Ive had mindlessness headaches and pain in my head and dizziness for about a month now. The lump is soft and tender and i think has something to do with it.

It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with dizziness and a lump on the head.
Since the lump appears to be inflamed as indicated by tenderness the recurrent inflammation may be the reason for headache and dizziness.
Hence for acute pain relief you need to take oral antiinflammatory drugs.
