What Is The Cause Of Dizziness For 72 Year Old?

I am a male 72 and have not yet retired. I am in good health, 5'-11" 140 pounds and yesterday while standing talking with friends I suddenly felt dizzy and was unable to continue standing. This lasted for about 10mins and my friends said I looked white as a ghost during this time.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible syncope attack due to hypotension or transient ischemic attack.
2. Will require CT of brain to evaluate neural damage. Postural hypotension needs to be evaluated.
3. Need to watch out in future and based on results, treatment is necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
