What Is The Cause For Dizziness And Headache After A Head Injury?

Hello. 2 days ago I was working out using my pull up bar. It fell off the door and hit me on the top of my head. I only hurt a little bit and I didn t pass out. I felt fine afterwards but the next day I felt a little dizzy and spaced out and had a dull achy headache all over my head. It s been 2 days and I still feel the same way except not as dizzy. Mostly the dull ache.
