I m a 66 y.o. female 2 yrs post broken left ankle and R knee OA.. I am up to 280 lbs. I tried PT to help my knee and ankle but ended up with a sciatic nerve in my back hurting so I stopped the PT 6-7 months ago. Now I am feeling worse having gained about 30 lbs during that time. My balance is terrible and I don t know what I can even do without hurting something else. I am on Mobic and am relatively healthy otherwise. What would be the best type of exercise to even start with and what would be the best type diet to try?
Hi Welcome to thd Health care magic forum The best type of exercise is just 30 min walk plus control the portion size whatever you are eating. For weight lose take one glass luke warm water add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar plus one tsp honey after taking this do breakfast after 15 min. You will start to lose weight in a month.
