Here I am describing your report and suggesting treatment ....
First as pus cells and trace protein present in urine your urine is turbid ....
So your report suggestive of UTI...that is urinary tract infection....
Take cefixime or cefpodoxime like antibiotic for 7 to 10 days....
Fruits more ....
Drink more water....
Cranberry juice extract tablet available commercially can be used....
Avoid excess spicy foods .....
Try to avoid less heat exposure ....
If still your condition not improves USG and x ray needed for rule out pyelonephritis or stone like condition and treated accordingly...
Consult nephrologists or physician for your condition.
