What Is Causing My Headaches?

i have been regurly waring spect since 4 years. But i got head ach very frequently *At the time of viral fever : Even after fever left head feel heavy *stay out for long : at evening starts migrain *Hard workout : head ache starts *empty stomach : head ache starts ach under eyebrow near eyes and top of the head regularly.. Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
Your headache is prominently associated with some trigger factors which is one of the characteristic features of migraine.Migraine headache is episodic headache which is throbbing or pulse like,usually precipitated by a specific trigger factor which can be anything like stress,sunlight,any food item like tea,coffee,cheese or smoke.In your case,you have yourself mentioned several of them which are empty stomach,staying out for long.Some of the other typical symptoms of migraine are-
1)nausea
2)Photophobia and phonophobia(headache worsens on exposure to bright light and sound)
3)Visual aura
Please see if you have these symptoms.If yes,it is likely migraine headache and then you should discuss with your physician to put you on a trial of anti-migraine therapy.I hope it helps.
