hi i am 23 years old and my height is 5'3 and my weight is 60 i want to know that after 23 my height is increasing or not and recommend me what exercise i shall do regularly to increase the height.i had already used medicine for increase the height but no effect in my height please doctor recommend what should i do

To be frank, it is not possible to increase your height at this age.
If you want to get it confirmed you can consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis.
He will take the X ray of the ends of the long bones, and tell if you can grow or not.
If the growing points are closed, it is confirmed that the possibilities are nil.
