What Does Tiny, Itchy Red Spots Around Mouth And Cheek After Oral Sex Indicate?

hi i was wondering if you could advice me. im a 36 yr old woman whose in a sexual relationship with another woman over the past year.O VER the last 3 months i have noticed that i have developed tiny itchy red spots which are flaky around my mouth and cheeks after oral sex on my partner, it usually goes away after a couple of days but then after oral it comes back every time .please could you tell me what that is ? thankyou.

Thank you for query.there are many stds like herpes which can be transmitted by oral sex.Please consult your doctor for any of these STDs. it is better both of you get examined, get diagnosed and treated together.otherwise it will keep recurring in both one after the another.
