What Does The Following HIV Test Report Suggest?

Good afternoon
I my self Mandeep kumar. I have only vaginal sex with a prostitute on 24/03/2018{ may be hiv +}.I sex with her only 20 second. I have no kiss no oral sex and i think condom does not break. But due to fear After that I took pep virday on 26/03/2018. But I took pep just 3 days {28/03/2018}.Then I left pep. After I took pcr rna real time test which can detected 20 copies/ml on 07/04/2018 and result came back on 10/04/2018 Target not dected. After that 14/04/2018 I go to dr lal path lab and i took hiv 1& 2 combo {p 24+antibodies} test which also came negative. Plz dr tell me about my tests
1. I am hiv free.
2 can 3 day pep medicine affect my hiv result.
3 my result conclusive

Hello,

HIV PCR can pick up the presence of infection as early as 7 days. But it can be considered as conclusive only after 3 to 4 weeks after the exposure.

Similarly HIV COMBO test antigen part can detect only HIV 1 infection and not HIV 2 as with HIV PCR, whereas HIV 1 and 2 antibody detection can be reliable only after the window period and not earlier.

3 days PEP can have some influence on this test and can delay the diagnosis still further. The possibility of HIV 1 infection had been ruled out to an extent in your case.
