What Does Pressure Sensation In Head And Occasional Lightheadedness Indicate?

I have been lightheaded for over a week now, i have gotten blood work and ekg all came back negative. I have alot of pressure in my head it feels like someone is pulling my hair. I have some mucus in my throat. im afraid to drive, can anyone help me determine what may be wrong?

It seems that your symptoms could be related to a sinus infection. For this reason, I would recommend performing a sinus X ray study and a sinus discharge bacterial culture in order to find the best treatment options.
