General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The reactive cells could be due to infection as well. Kindly attach your reports so that I can check it. I suggest you investigate with USG scan of pelvis and abdomen for primary work up.

Kindly mention your clinical symptoms as well. The squamous cells can be present in urine normally as well that comes from genital flora.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
