What Does Pain Behind The Left Eye Along With Dizziness Indicate?

I am going through a divorce and under a lot of stress. I work in a stressful environment and have also been on an atkins diet since last august and lost 55 lbs. I do drink about 2-3 cups of coffee a day and then either diet coke or water. I am 40 years and a female. I have been experiencing headaches on the left side of my head more behind the left eye as well as lightheadedness, dizziness on movement and generalized exhaustion after an hour of exertion.I have had a hysterectomy and take hormone replacement as well as probiotics and biotin daily. these symptoms are on going now for the past 2-3 weeks and I am not sure what could be going on.
