What Does It Mean By Pus Cells 6-8 Hpf And Epithelial Cells 10-15 Hpf In Urine Analysis?

I am almost 22 weeks pregnant. My latest urine analysis showed pus cells 6-8 hpf and epithelial cells 10-15 hpf and others bacteria+. So is this normal or what does this indicate? The test was given because I have pain in my pelvic bone and inner thighs when i bring any movements but no pain when pressed on the bone.

Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms,your urine test and i understand your concerns.
The urine test shows you have an urinaty tract infection and it needs to be cured with antibiotics. Since you are 22 weeks pregnant i suggest you do an urine culture to find the type of bacteria present in your urine and the wright antibiotic to be used. Also you need to talk with your giencologyst for the antibiotics that can be used during pregnancys.
