You need to examine with direct ophthalmoscopy and indirect ophthalmoscopy to visualize posterior of eye and retina .... It might reveal vitreous hemorrhage or retinal detachment .... Accordingly treated.... If no ophthalmic cause present then detail history taken to rule out migraine.... If pain periodic with aggravated by movement and unilateral with throbbing nature then migraine can be there.... Consult physician for your condition. Meanwhile avoid stess, smoking and alcohol. Yoga and massage might helpful. Take care.
