What Does Headaches And Light-headedness Indicate?

Been having constant headaches for quite a while, woke up one morning, my vision was really blurred. Noticed a couple days later that I see floating spots, mainly when I look at something white, then at night, or just when its dark, I see bright white stars, also been getting really light headed mainly when I stand up.

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic....

You have floaters and some visual problems ....

So ophthalmic causes has to be ruled out...
You need to examine with direct ophthalmoscopy and indirect ophthalmoscopy to visualize posterior of eye and retina ....
It might reveal vitreous hemorrhage or retinal detachment ....
Accordingly treated....

If no ophthalmic cause present then detail history taken to rule out migraine....
If pain periodic with aggravated by movement and unilateral with throbbing nature then migraine can be there....

Consult physician for your condition.

Meanwhile avoid stess, smoking and alcohol.
Yoga and massage might helpful.

Take care.
