My husband is 32 yrs of age with perfect eyesight but from a couple of months he is having this slight constant rather frequent palpitation/fluttering in left upper eyelid. it is visible when his lid palpitates. i just wanted to know is there anything to worry about or is just ok.

flute ring of lids is blepharospasm. it isa ticks. it may be linked to anxiety neurosis. in your husbands case it is more evident for,presence of palpitation. try to control anxiety. may do yoga and meditation
