I am a 20 year old female. I experience lightheadedness every time I stand up from sitting in the bathroom or anywhere else. I also have fatigue and I feel like my heart is throbbing really hard or fast. I also have chronic dark circles for very long now and nothing seems to work. I have them on my eyelids and undereyes both. I also experience leucorrhea. I undergo changing digestive problems, between constipation and severe diarrhoea, also severe heartburns at night and the stools frequency is not normal. Also, I suffer from hair loss for years now. Everyone else in my family has great hair. So i dont think it’s genetic. I don’t know what all these symptoms mean. I am a second year medical student myself.
