What Does A Lump On The Penis Indicate?

I was masterbate ..will masterbate i was pulled back my foreskin back ..after that it was not rolling back..as a inner lump is blocked below shaft of penis it expanded ..know my fore skin is not rolling back and a expand gland form around my penis shaft below

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be the problem called paraphimosis and develops there after retraction of the foreskin, there is a development of a tight constricting ring at the corona causing blockage to the return of fluid from the foreskin to the shaft of penis and thus the swelling as you have described.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Go to ER.
The Doctor orthe nurse will puncture the swollen part to evacuate the fluid and thus allowing the foreskin to go to its normal position.
If this fails you may need a dorsal slit or circumcision surgery for getting the permanent relief.
