Hi there I have had a lump on my left testicle since I was 16 or 17 years old (current;y 32) and for the most part it goes un-noticed but there have been times in the past that it would become very sore and even throb at times, often times when I was at the start of an incoming cold or virus. However more recently, i'd say within the last 4ish months there will be instances where it will hurt not only to the touch but also when being left alone and does so no matter if I am standing or sitting and will be that way for a few days at a time then the pain will fade away but then will return within a week to ten days. I had a sonogram done on my boys down there when the lump first became noticeable but was told that it was likely a cyst and that it should be left alone unless it began to grow at some point. ANy ideas what it may be and should I be worried
- take fresh ultrasound report and compare the size of the cyst with previous report , if significant increase needs surgery , it same or not significant size growth not to worry - most important is your symptoms also , if much annoying then bother otherwise not .
Hope this will clear your doubt . Always feel free for any further guidance .
Regards dear take care .
