Hi. I have got a flesh coloured lump on the outside of my anus. I have no pain or discomfort but it either seems to have got larger or there is now two. I found the first one while pregnant and put it down to piles however I am now worried that it could be more serious

It can be prolapsed rectum. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. As of now, you can take laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief.
