What Does A Bump On Eyelid Indicate?

Three years ago I had a stye in my lower eye lid, it went away but the bump stayed , It is no longer noticeable at all but I still feel a bump. What could it be? Also right next to it I developed a chalazion, ive had it for 5 months already, and doesnt seem to be going away with hot compresses or coconut oil. It is not swollen, it s just a bumb that has gotten smaller over time but hasnt gone away... what could be the reason why it hasn t gone away and why do new ones form?

sty route remains if no pain then nothing to be done. mild warm compression can be given. calazion is to be operated. it is a minor opd procedure incision and scooping is to be done.
