What Do You Suggest For Headache After An Injury?

Hi, Last night I fell off of a chair and hit my head on the wall coming down. I didn t pass out or anything...no dents in the wall but I came down hard on the back of my head. I tend to worry a lot about injuries especially when it comes to the head. I woke up with a headache and have had a slight one all day as well as a bump on the back of my head and it hurts to touch like a bruise would. I had someone check my pupils and they were shrinking like normal with light. Am I gonna be okay? Is this all normal ?

Dear
I am sorry for the accident
It is normal to experience those symptoms after falling
You should be worried if vomiting or confusion will be the next symptoms
I don't think you have anything to worry too much as your first check was normal
If something goes wrong these first days(vomiting or confusion) you should undertake an brain CT scan
Best regards
