What Do Red Eyes With Constant Long Stringy Goo In Eyes Indicate?

Good day, Im 29 years old and for the last few years been having problems with my eyes. I have to pull out these long stringy goo in my eyes throughout the day to remove it from my eyes.its clear and runs into the bottem of my eye, on my eye, top of inside everywhere in my eye. Its so irritating and sometimes go over my pupil cant see. I pull these things out with my fingers that my eyes are so raw red then i get this huge headeaches cant even see out of my eyes. Its so painfull i cant take it anymore. Ive used almost every eyedrop nothing is helping. PLEASE if you can help me to what this is and the cause and cure! I would be forever thankfull. Liza

stingy goose are out of purulent discharge. clean eyes with sterile swab. apply antibiotic drop like ofloxacin .3%6 hourly/ apply neosporine eye ointment at bedtime. give warm phomantation. it should improve.
