What Do Little Bumps On The Upper Eyelid Indicate?

my eyelids get very puffy have little bumps on the upper eyelid part looks like I am very tired - I have been asked that a lot. I have a picture if you want. It is more on the left upper eyelid and some on the right. It will crust up and start all over again. I do not use anything except coconut oil if I do on my face. I have stopped all face lotions and makeup to see if that would help. I now have a spot on my neck that looks suspicious It is a slightly raised area that is red and have small little bumps around it. It is acting a lot like my eyelids. Thanks for your time

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be kalazion or hordiolum. Get examined by eye doctor for diagnosis.

If calazion, then it is to be incised and scooping of content is to be done to restore secretion channel. There will not be sweling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
