Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are three possible diagnoses you may have for blood in urine.

1. Infection.
2. Stone.
3. Cancer.

It doesn't seem to be infection since it doesn't burn or hurt to urinate. I advice you to do an ultrasound to see what you have.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
