Dear sir, I M Ashraf, n m 24 yrs old but my weight is jst 46 kg only n slim. i want to gain weight, n for my friends have suggested me some Tab namely, ciplactin, dexona & bicasule but this tablets are not available in market spcly ciplactine. so can u plz suggest me some medicine for wieght gaining and replacement to the mention tablets. sir no tablet is a good substitute for natural therapy for weight gain.
there are many tablets available in the market, but they are also associated with many side effects, that will really affect health in a wrong way.
i would suggest you to undergo natural way of weight gaining.
do go to a gym and do weight lifting.
have a protein rich diet.
meet a dietician and follow his diet plans.
