What Could Painful Urination With Blood Stains Suggest?

after peeing today I felt a sharp pain and a droplet of blood. Then throughout the day I needed to pee a lot more than normal. Several hours have passed and I have just noticed anither droplet of blood when finishing peeing....I am a 52 yr old male with the same sexual partner for 20 years.

Hello,

* The issue of painful urination with blood may be due to underlying urinary tract infection with or without urinary gravels in the majority of the cases.
* Though primary relief with urinary alkaliser and plenty of liquids, I do recommend you to get once urine microscopy report was done for best possible guidelines.
