What Could Cause Weak Legs And Arms, Blackouts, Purple Fingers And Toes With Tingling Arms After Workout?

I have a 17 year old daughter, and here s the problems: 1) weak legs & arms 2) blackouts 3) purple fingers and toes all year round 4) tingling in her hands and cold arms. She has gym, and after gym, she gets these problems. Then she has music. Is this something to worry about?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the over exertion, low food intake, intolerance to some foods, or some chronic disease.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
